The production areas in Chomutov and Suzhou are based on modern and pioneering technologies. Here, PULS production teams use automatic testing systems, modern robot technology, flying probe in-circuit testers as well as fully automated optical inspection systems (AOI).
In Chomutov PULS is operating a ultra-modern storage system and is applying a one-piece-flow manufacturing principle. This principle requires less effort in coordination and planning, and enables shorter run times, faster recognition of drop-outs and a higher quality of production.
